Enjoy access to numerous parks, bike paths, shopping and dining venues minutes away. For those working in Verona, Madison, Fitchburg and Middleton, there is easy access to Verona Rd (Hwy 151), the Beltline, and Hwy PD (McKee).

Our Spacious 3 bedroom apartments (1040ft²) are available in two unique models with garbage, gas and hot water included. Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom units also are available in two unique models with garbage, gas and hot water included. Each building offers secure entry with intercom in each unit, along with in unit washer/dryer. Tenants can also rent our Storage and Garage space, if available, for an extra fee.
